Why this mattered:


Our client knew they needed to do more than just keep up with technology—they needed a clear direction. A digital strategy is really just a smart plan for how to use tech to get where you want to go. Without it, it’s easy to get lost in shiny tools that don’t actually move the needle. This project was about making sure every digital investment had a purpose and helped the organisation thrive in a changing world.


Challenge:


Our client aimed to transition from a traditional utility to a digitally enabled enterprise capable of responding to climate, population, and economic pressures. They needed a strategy that would guide this transformation and secure executive and board support.
